Returns and exchanges

To Return an Item:

To start a return, please email us at Ivorytideco@gmail.com with your order number, name, and mailing address.  

Return Policy:

  • Items may be returned FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.
    • Store credit will be calculated for items purchased and does not include amount paid for shipping and handling.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Items with a discount of 20% or more are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Once an order is placed, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED.
  • If we make a shipping error and send the wrong item, please email us Ivorytideco@gmail.com and we will fix the issue!

Damaged items must be reported within three days of receiving the item. Please send photos of damage via email ivorytideco@gmail.com for review. Once we assess the damage, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

  • Color variations in merchandise caused by monitor settings, lighting, and photography do not qualify as damage.
